How to take your measurements?
To choose the correct Religion Rugby size, take your measurements as follows:

A) Chest measurement
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, placing the tape measure under your arms.
B) Length
Measure from the base of your neck down to your waist.
C) Width
Measure around your hips to determine the width.
