What are the delivery times and rates?

In 2026, 96% of orders will arrive at your home or a relay point in less than 72 hours.

Religion Rugby prepares your order within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt of payment on the website.

For all orders in mainland France, transport times are 48 to 72 hours for parcels shipped via La Poste.
For all international orders, delivery times can vary between 3 and 25 days.

Chronopost orders are processed and shipped the same day if placed before 2 PM (latest drop-off time at La Poste), Monday to Friday.
Any Chronopost order placed after 2 PM from Monday to Friday cannot be shipped the same day and be eligible for next-day delivery.
Chronopost orders placed on Friday will only be delivered from the following Monday. Chronopost deliveries are not made on Saturdays.

What are the delivery locations?

We deliver your order to Metropolitan France, Corsica, Europe (EU and non-EU), Japan, North America, and Africa.

I still haven't received my order.

If you still haven't received your order, we sincerely apologize. We process and ship orders the same day if they are placed before 4 PM for Relay Point or standard Colissimo, and 2 PM for Chronopost.

In the event of a confirmed and verified loss or theft of a parcel by the carrier, logically, the sender (Religion Rugby) is not obliged to send a new parcel or refund the order. It is your responsibility to contact us to find an amicable solution.

You just received your order, and the product is not the correct one?

We sincerely apologize for this error. Please contact us and return the item (RELIGION RUGBY, 2 bis rue Paul Charrier, 31100 Toulouse). We will process a credit note, exchange, or refund.
