How to do it?

An item doesn't suit you and you want to return it to us?

Too big? Too small? You've just received your order and want to return one or more items to us?

You have 30 days from receipt of the order to return it to us, with the products in their original, undamaged packaging (unworn, unwashed, labels attached to the product(s)).

You can return your products by post (shipping costs at your expense)* to the following address:

* Due to a resurgence of parcel thefts at La Poste and in order to track and trace your parcel, we advise you to send it with a signature required. 

You can attach a copy of your invoice to the package, but don't forget to specify your request in your package.

Upon receipt of the goods, and according to your choice, we will, if necessary, make a new shipment free of charge (subject to stock availability).

For hygiene reasons, we do not exchange or refund underwear (boxers). 

In the event that you return an item ordered during a commercial offer (gift offered when you reach a certain order threshold, for example), without returning the associated gift, and you request a refund or credit for this same item, we reserve the right to deduct the sale price of the gift from the requested credit or refund.

Indeed, if after verification, the returned item no longer entitles you to the commercial offer and if you do not return the gift with your return, the amount may be deducted as the commercial conditions are no longer met.
