Product Return Policy

How to do it?

Are you not satisfied with an item and wish to return it?

Too big? Too small? You just received your order and wish to return one or more items?

You have 30 days from the receipt of the order to return it to us, with the products in their original and intact packaging (unworn, unwashed, labels attached to the product(s)).

We suggest you return your products by post (shipping costs at your expense)* to the following address:

* Due to a resurgence of package thefts at La Poste and in order to track and monitor your package, we advise you to send it with a signature requirement.

You can include a copy of your invoice with the package, but don't forget to specify your request in your package.

Upon receipt of the goods, and according to your choice, we will, if necessary, make a new shipment free of charge (subject to stock availability).

For hygiene reasons, we do not exchange or refund underwear (boxers).

In the event that you return an item ordered during a commercial offer (gift offered when you reach a certain order tier, for example), without returning the associated gift and you request a refund or credit for that same item, we reserve the right to deduct the sale price of the gift from the credit or refund requested.

Indeed, if, after verification, the returned item no longer entitles you to the commercial offer and if you do not return the gift with your return, the amount may be deducted because the commercial conditions are no longer met.
