US DOLE celebrates its 120th anniversary with Religion Rugby

US Dole celebrated its 120th anniversary this summer with a historic match between the seniors and Besançon. A day full of emotions in red and black and in Religion Rugby.

US DOLE celebrates its 120th anniversary.

The Dole club, founded in 1905, celebrated its 120th anniversary this year. More than a century of passions, struggles,

and human adventures that have shaped the bodies and minds of tens of thousands of Doloises and Dolois

through the ages and the oval ball. The club has lived through the rhythm of French history, paying a heavy price during the

two great world wars. US Dole is a club that continues to grow and inspire young and old,

even becoming a rugby reference in the Jura department. Today, US Dole has a

rugby school, a 5-a-side team, a women's team, two senior teams, including team 1 which plays in regional 1,

not to mention a veterans' team, the XV de l'Art Rose. Dole brings together young and old, men and

women, enthusiasts, supporters, and volunteers around the unifying magic of rugby. More than a club, US

Dole is a family that lives and breathes to the rhythm of rugby.

A unique Breton top for a historic event.

During this anniversary celebrated around a match opposing US DOLE to Besançon, the Dolois and Doloises

wanted to celebrate the moment by wearing identical outfits. Elodie, a passionate volunteer, wanted an outfit that was of course

red and black in the club's colors, but above all a special outfit that would reinforce the strength of

the moment by allowing each participant to keep a souvenir. Religion Rugby offered her an exclusive Breton top

for men and women adapted to her criteria, as well as a rugby cap. The outfit is an important symbol

of cohesion and identity.

The brand with XV values thanks the Dole club and particularly Elodie for her trust. In the past,

we made the match jerseys for the XV de l'Art Rose. Congratulations also to all the volunteers who make

the club alive and who transmit their passion by giving their time. Rugby plays more than ever a social role.
